2 Day Creative Copper Workshop 18th & 19th August
This is great opportunity to create something of a larger scale from metal. This is a relaxed course that encourages you to play and be creative with the material. The tutor will start by showing you a range of examples of what can be created and demonstrating techniques such as shaping & forming, texturing & colouring. After this you will be allowed to design and create your own pieces. Previous examples include Copper leaves, dishes birdbaths and decorative ornaments. Your tutor will be with you all the way to discuss your ideas and guide you through the making process. The course is suitable for all and a great introduction to metal work.
Materials are included.
DATES & TIMES are:
Monday 18th August & Tuesday 19th August 9.30-4.30
Tea and coffee are also provided throughout.
Workshops are based at 'The Metal Shed' Mile End Farm, Wantage Road, Lambourn
Maximum of 4 per class
students must be aged 16+
Good eyesight and Dexterity is important!
