2 Day Beginners & Intermediate jewellery Course - 13th-14th August
This course is a great introduction into making you own silver jewellery. With expert guidance you will learn techniques such as soldering, stamping and forming. Over the two days you will guided through how to make the following:
Stacking rings
2 pairs of earrings- stud and drop
Bangle
Pendant
finishing with a ring or pendant set with a cabochon gemstone.
Each project allows you to add your own creative twist.
At the end of the 2 days you will be leaving with 6 pieces of handmade jewellery! All Materials are included.
For those who are returning, you will focus more on skill based projects creating a spinner ring, hand pierced pendant and a granulated pair or earrings/ring or pendant. You will also cover how to set a faceted stone into a tube which can be added to a design of your choice.
DATES & TIMES are:
Thursday 13th August & Friday 14th August 9.30-4.30
Tea and coffee are also provided throughout.
Workshops are based at 'The Metal Shed' Mile End Farm, Wantage Road, Lambourn
Maximum of 4 per class
students must be aged 16+
