Re-use, Re-invent Re-cycle- Jewellery Workshop 10-3 Various dates
This is a fun and relaxed workshop where you can bring along all of your old jewellery to reinvent it into something wearable. We all have jewellery that's broken, singular earrings or things we just don't like anymore. perhaps you have found objects which you want to turn into jewellery but haven't. Now is the chance to give it a new lease of life!
The course will start by looking through what you bring and discussing design ideas of how to reinvent it. There will also be a selection of old and broken jewellery here for you to have a look through too. Then we will get to work reinventing it into something new. Basic materials will be provided.
You will learn basic Jewellery techniques such as filing, forming, texturing and polishing
Workshops are based at 'The Metal Shed' Mile End Farm, Wantage Road, Lambourn
Maximum of 4 per class
students must be aged 16+
Good eyesight and Dexterity is important!
