Loucinda is a designer, silversmith and jeweller based in the West Berkshire countryside. Using traditional techniques she creates contemporary silverware and jewellery, which is both simple in shape and sensitive in design. Function is a significant part of her work, her ethos is to make pieces that are beautiful to use, as well as look at. Each piece is hand crafted to a high standard and hallmarked with her unique makers mark.
Loucinda has a distinctive style, and has won numerous awards for her designs. She has worked to commission for various clients and exhibited in many well known exhibitions and galleries.

In 2014, after graduating from her BA Hons degree in 3D contemporary craft at Buckinghamshire New University. Loucinda completed a silversmithing and jewellery postgraduate course at Bishopsland Educational trust. Following this Loucinda became the Silver and jewellery Artist in Residence at South Hill Park in Bracknell.
Loucinda has traveled to many places including Sheffield, Shetland and Holland to receive training from many master silversmiths. Loucinda now has a unique workspace located in Lambourn in Berskhire, This is the home for her creative practice as well as being where she regularly holds workshops and classes and open studios.
